How to choose anti-top and anti-clogging biomass silos from our pellet production line?

There are many types of biomass silos, let’s take a look at them one by one.
The first is how to match a single machine with a silo. Since it is biomass material, we need to match the silo according to the material properties. Let’s look at the single bin first.
Take sawdust as an example. If it is pure dry sawdust, the silo will not be clogged with material. If the sawdust is a little damp, it will agglomerate in the silo. For this kind of damp material, we need to check the silo. Make a simple adjustment and add two winch rollers at the bottom of the silo, with dials and winch rollers on them. These two winch rollers move the material and widen the material movement area, which will avoid the phenomenon of material congestion.
