Core component - gearbox: It adopts three-stage gear reduction, with a load-bearing capacity that is 5 times greater than that of the old model and a long service life.

The gearbox has its own lubrication and cooling system, which can cool down the lubricating oil without stopping the machine, ensuring long-term operation.

The new material dialing system has an external rotary component, which completely solves the problem of the material dialing system being easily corroded by high-temperature steam.

Core component - mold: Made of wear-resistant stainless steel and quenched in a vacuum furnace. The mold has uniform hardness, will not break, and is super wear-resistant.

Core component - pressure wheel: The pressure wheel adopts super wear-resistant alloy welding process, replacing the previous surface carburizing treatment. It has a long service life and protects the mold at the same time.
