5. The gap between the ring die and the pressed roller is too tight, and the die roller gap should be adjusted correctly.

6. Changes in raw materials make pelletizing difficult and can also cause vibration.

7. Debris has entered the pelletizing chamber and needs to be removed.

8. The spindle bearing is worn or damaged and the clearance is too large.
 

9. A loose spindle will cause the axis to move forward and backward, the pressed roller will swing significantly, the pellet machine will make noise with vibration, and it will be difficult to pelletize.
