During the production process of the pellet machine, have you ever encountered vibration or abnormal noise in the fuselage?

How to solve this situation?

The following reasons are summarized, and it is recommended to check them one by one.

1. The raw material transportation is unstable, adjust the feeding speed.

2. The deflection scraper is worn and causes uneven feeding. A new scraper should be replaced in time.

3. The ring die is blocked or only part of the die hole can discharge material.

4. Match the old and new ring molds and pressure rollers. It is best to match the new ring mold with the new pressed rollers.

5. The gap between the ring die and the pressed roller is too tight, and the die roller gap should be adjusted correctly.
