First, alloy steel. Such as 40Cr, 40CrMo, etc.

Alloy steel has high strength and toughness.

After appropriate heat treatment, it can obtain higher hardness and wear resistance, adapting to the working requirements of the biomass pellet machine.

For example, the pressed rollers of some biomass pellet machines are made of Slinol material.

Through reasonable processing technology and heat treatment, they have good overall performance.

While ensuring a certain length, it has good wear resistance.

It can effectively withstand the friction and extrusion between the pressed roller and the material during the working process.
