How to confirm whether the reducer of ring die pellet machine is locked?
 
Normally, we need to remove the coupling between the motor and the reducer first, observe whether the motor can operate normally, and eliminate motor faults.

Then pull the input shaft of the reducer.

If it is found that it cannot rotate, it can basically be determined that the reducer is locked.

It is necessary to repair or replace the reducer.
