In order to prevent the reducer from locking, precautions should be taken when the ring die pellet machine working.
 
First, pay more attention to the oil pressure, oil temperature and flow rate of the reducer of the ring die pellet machine.

When abnormalities are found, it is necessary to shut down the machine and clean the filter nozzle.

Check again after cleaning and make sure the lubrication is normal before use.

Second, the bearing lubrication of the ring die pellet machine reducer should be in the form of splash lubrication.

When disassembling, cleaning and reinstalling, appropriate lubricating oil must be added, approximately one-third of the bearing space volume.
