Third, when it is found that the vent hole of the reducer of the ring die pellet machine is blocked, the power of the equipment should be turned off, the gas should be replaced by removing it, and the filter screen should be cleaned before starting the machine again.


Forth, when the damaged area of the tooth surface exceeds 20% in both the tooth length and tooth height directions, the gears should be replaced in pairs.

After hard running and compound test running after replacement, the tooth length contact reached 60% and the tooth length reached 40%, which can be officially used.
