How can rotary dryers reduce the wear of materials?

Install appropriate lifting plates and lifting devices inside the rotary.

Optimize the movement trajectory of the material and reduce the direct friction between the material and the inner wall of the rotary.

The shape and angle of the lifting plate can be designed according to the characteristics of the material to improve the turning effect of the material and reduce wear.

Choose a suitable rotary material.

For example, use wear-resistant alloys or lay wear-resistant linings on the inner wall of the rotary or use 304 stainless steel to increase wear resistance.

For some materials that are prone to wear, buffer devices can be added at the feed and discharge ports to reduce the impact of the material.
