Municipal solid waste pellets can be widely used in many fields through resource processing.

The main uses are classified as follows:

1. Fuel pellets. Biomass solid waste (such as wood chips, straw) or organic waste is made into pellet fuel for heating and power generation.

2. Chemical raw materials. Recycled plastic pellets are used to produce packaging products (plastic bags, bottles), daily necessities (barrels, basins) and industrial accessories. Carbon-containing waste residues are refined to produce chemical products such as sodium silicate and alumina.

3. Environmental remediation materials. Pellets are used as adsorbents to treat heavy metals in wastewater or for contaminated soil remediation.

4. Mechanical parts. Modified recycled pellets are used to produce wear-resistant parts such as gears, bearings, and sealing rings.
