How to deal with crusher failure 1

The crusher's current fluctuates, and feeding is extremely unstable.
Current reflects the machine's load. Fluctuating current means there's an issue with feeding. But the feeding frequency is constant, so the feeding amount should be steady. Why does the current fluctuate then? Think deeper: the crusher is a special machine with forward and reverse rotation control. The problem arises because the crusher's feeding direction doesn't match its operating direction.
The crusher's feed inlet sprays material, or a lot of material accumulates in the crushing chamber.
(1) Material spraying from the feed inlet is due to unreasonable adjustment of the hammer gap. The main reason is that the hammer gap is too large, causing the crusher to spray material.
(2) Another reason is that the feeding direction doesn't match the crusher's operating direction. When reversed, the crusher's hammer collides with the material, making some material spray out. Over time, a lot of material will accumulate in the crushing chamber.
