First, the insulation layer can effectively reduce heat loss, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the rotary dryer. A large amount of heat is required to evaporate water during the drying process; if the temperature is too low, it will lead to low drying efficiency and result in more energy waste.

Secondly, the insulation layer can lower the surface temperature of the rotary dryer while maintaining the stability of the internal temperature.

Finally, the insulation layer also helps to extend the service life of the rotary dryer. Excessively high internal temperatures of the dryer can easily cause machine damage, and the insulation layer can effectively alleviate this issue, reduce the machine damage rate, and thus prolong its service life.
