The crusher doesn’t trip the control system when idle but trips immediately upon startup.
This tripping is due to a short circuit. Since it only trips when starting, the short circuit is caused by vibrations during startup. The most likely cause is insulation damage or loose connections in the wires of the door protection or forward/reverse travel switches; these issues lead to a short circuit under startup vibrations, triggering the control system to trip.
During startup, the crusher sometimes stops suddenly but can be restarted.
Analysis based on its working principle shows the control system functions normally (as it can restart). The occasional sudden shutdown during startup is also caused by post-startup vibrations. The fault cause and solution are the same as in the previous case.
