1. Raw Material Requirements

The raw material size should be less than 8mm, and its moisture content is recommended to be 10-15%.

2. Ring Die Selection

Select an appropriate ring die based on the type of raw material. Different raw materials require ring dies with varying compression ratios to ensure optimal pelletizing performance.

3. Precautions for Initial Use or New Ring Die

When starting up a new pellet machine or using a new ring die, the ring die must be polished to achieve a smooth surface.

Since ring dies are designed with two layers, polishing is also required when switching to a new layer for use.

Additionally, when a new ring die is installed, the roller cover must be replaced with a new one to ensure proper matching and pelletizing efficiency.
