Pulse Dust Collector Product Introduction
Dust‑laden gas enters the pulse dust collector through the air inlet. After hitting the internal inclined plate and baffle, airflow turns to the ash hopper with reduced velocity. Coarse dust particles drop into the ash hopper by inertia for pre‑collection.
The airflow flows upward through metal‑cage‑supported filter bags, where dust is captured on the bag outer surface. Purified gas enters the upper clean air chamber and discharges from the air outlet.
With continuous operation, dust buildup increases filter bag resistance. Periodic pulse jet cleaning is adopted to keep resistance at 140‑170 mm water column. The pulse controller triggers pulse valves in sequence; compressed air blows into filter bags to make them instantaneously expand and shake off surface dust. Dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the ash‑removal system, realizing filter bag regeneration and stable equipment operation.
