Maintenance Specifications for Biomass Pellet Mill Die Replacement & Shutdown

To ensure stable discharging of the biomass pellet mill and extend die service life, the following operation specifications are formulated.
Grinding After Die Replacement
Eliminate die machining errors and avoid uneven discharging from upper and lower holes.
Materials: Sand, special oil.
Steps: After installing a new die, mix sand and special oil in an appropriate ratio, feed the mixture into the equipment for grinding until all discharge holes achieve uniform discharging.
Maintenance Requirement for Shutdown Over 1 Hour
If the equipment is shut down for more than 1 hour, use special oil to clear all die discharge holes. This prevents material residue caking and blockage, ensuring smooth discharging upon restart.
Notes: Adjust the sand-oil mixing ratio based on die hole diameter.
Select special oil compatible with equipment materials to avoid die corrosion.
