How It Works: Precision Counterflow Heat Exchange
At the core of our Counterflow Cooler lies a highly efficient heat exchange design, tailored to maximize cooling and moisture removal while minimizing energy use:
Material Movement: Hot pellets (70–90℃) enter from the top of the cooler and move slowly downward under gravity.
Airflow Direction: Cool, ambient air is forced upward from the bottom of the unit, creating a reverse (counter) flow relative to the pellets.
Consistent Finished Temperature: The end result? Pellets are cooled uniformly to just 3–5℃ above room temperature—ideal for immediate storage or packaging without quality degradation.
