.Feed materials to the hammer mill evenly. Sudden massive feeding is strictly prohibited, which will easily cause the hammer mill to be blocked and burn out the motor.
.Regularly check the running condition of the belt conveyor matched with the hammer mill. Correct belt deviation in a timely manner to prevent belt stretching and damage. Meanwhile, inspect the belt fasteners; repair or replace any warped or fallen-off fasteners immediately to avoid scratching and damaging the belt of the hammer mill conveying system.
.Pre-remove impurities in raw materials before feeding into the hammer mill. Stones in wood chips shall be manually picked out, and iron impurities shall be thoroughly removed through iron removal equipment such as high-strength magnetic blocks, magnetic plates and magnetic separators, to avoid hard impurities entering the hammer mill and causing equipment failure.
.Replace the sealing leather of the hammer mill airlock in a regular and timely manner. If the cyclone separator of the hammer mill is frequently blocked, firstly check whether the airlock sealing leather is damaged and causes air leakage, and replace the damaged parts immediately.
.The common blockage causes of the hammer mill cyclone separator include damaged airlock sealing leather, poor pipeline air tightness and blocked bag dust collector leading to air resistance. All faults shall be inspected and eliminated one by one to ensure the normal operation of the hammer mill.
.All maintenance and inspection work of the hammer mill must be carried out after power cutoff and complete shutdown to prevent personal safety accidents. Regularly check the circuit and wires of the hammer mill for electric leakage and hidden dangers, and strictly abide by electrical safety specifications.
.Equipment cleaning: Clean and sanitize the hammer mill and supporting equipment thoroughly after each shift to maintain a clean operating environment. Long-term uncleaned dust will accumulate on the internal contacts of the hammer mill control cabinet and motor. Dust dampness will cause short circuits, and even trigger serious dust explosion hazards.
