Production Update: 1.8×20m Rotary Dryer Under Manufacturing
Our factory workshop is busy with manufacturing of Φ1.8×20m large rotary dryer.
As shown in the photo, drum sections have been rolled and welded. The cylinder segments are positioned on welding rotators for further assembling, welding and finishing work. This 1.8m diameter, 20m length rotary dryer features large processing capacity, suitable for drying wood chips, straw, slag, sand, organic fertilizer raw materials and more materials.
For heavy-duty rotary equipment, cylinder roundness, welding quality and coaxiality are strictly controlled during plate cutting, rolling and welding processes to guarantee structural strength and stable running. Main body production is in progress. Subsequent steps include lifting flights, inlet-outlet hood, driving base assembly. The machine will be finished and delivered as scheduled.
