CKD: Heavy-duty closed gear oil with extreme-pressure anti-wear additives, for heavy-load & shock-load working conditions.
220: Viscosity grade (40℃ kinematic viscosity: 220 mm²/s), widely used for pellet mill gear reducers.

Operation Tips for pellet mill
Fill oil to the middle level of oil sight glass. Over-filling causes overheating & oil leakage.First oil change: replace after 300-500 running hours for new reducer.
Regular replacement: every 800-1500 working hours. Change immediately if oil turns black or foams.
Do NOT mix different-brand gear oils. Never use hydraulic oil for reducers.
Viscosity reference: 150 for cold ambient; 320 for high-temperature & extra-heavy load.
