The wood chipper easily processes wood into wood chips. Please keep operational precautions in mind for the chipping section.

Precautions for the Chipping Section
① Startup & Shutdown Sequence Startup: Hydraulic oil pump → Discharge conveyor → Wood chipper (Make sure there are no materials or impurities inside the machine before startup.) → Feed roller and feed conveyor
Shutdown: Feed roller and feed conveyor (Ensure all materials on the conveyor are completely chipped before shutdown.) → Wood chipper (Ensure all materials inside the machine are fully chipped before shutdown.) → Discharge conveyor → Hydraulic oil pump
② Bolt Tightness Check Inspect bolt tightness before each shift. Confirm no loose bolts at all positions before starting your wood chipper.
③ Blade Sharpening For normal chipping work of the wood chipper, sharpen blades every 2 to 3 shifts. If the material contains large amounts of impurities such as iron, sharpen blades every 1 to 2 shifts.
④ Equipment Lubrication ❶ Fill all reducers in this section with No.46 machine oil. The oil level shall reach the center of the oil level gauge. Avoid oil shortage or overfilling (the maximum oil volume shall not exceed half of the gearbox). Overfilling will cause stirring heat, resulting in excessive operating temperature of the reducer and shortening the service life of your wood chipper.
❷ Grease all bearings with lithium-based grease, which is yellow or dark red in color.
❸ Pay attention to refilling hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank for feed roller lifting of the wood chipper.
