Pellet machine (briquetting machine) is a production-oriented machine that uses eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit wood, crop straw and bamboo chips as sawdust and processed into biomass fuel. The main machine adopts high-efficiency belt transmission, the ring die adopts quick release hoop type, and the feeding adopts frequency conversion and speed regulation to ensure uniform feeding. Pellet Press Machine Wood 380V can be divided into four areas, namely, feeding area, pressing area, kneading area and forming area.

(2) Pressing area: with the rotation of the die roll, the material enters the pressing area. In this area, due to the kneading effect of the die roll, the powder pellets move relatively and the pores gradually decrease. With the acceleration of the material moving forward, the extrusion force is gradually added, and the pores are smaller, but the powder pellets are basically not deformed.

(4) Forming area: the die hole has been filled with compacted fuel cylinder, and the inner side of the die hole continues to bear the newly squeezed powder, so that the fuel cylinder moves outward and discharges the die hole. At this time, the kneading force will overcome the total friction of the material column in the die hole, and the formed pellets will be extruded.
