The main reasons for the ring die burst of the pellet machine are as follows:
1. The opening rate of the ring die of the pellet machine is too high (at the request of the customer), resulting in the decrease of the strength and toughness of the ring die of the pellet machine;
2. The thickness of the ring die of the pellet machine is too thin (the customer requested not to release the section), resulting in the decrease of the strength of the ring die of the pellet machine;
