Causes of belt slippage in wood crushers

1. Uneven feeding causes blockages in the wood shredder, leading to belt slippage.
Improper operation or stopping the machine under heavy load causes the belt conveyor to carry excessive loads during operation, or starting the belt conveyor under load causes overload operation, resulting in belt slippage.
2. Improper belt and pulley alignment. Check the alignment between the pulley and the belt.
3. Loose motor mounting. In this case, inspect and tighten all screws on the machine.
