The meshing clearance between the large and small gears is damaged. This can be caused by: wear of the pulley; wear of the retaining wheel; wear of the small gear.
To correct this, turn or replace the gears depending on the wear condition. Alternatively, install the gears in reverse or replace them in pairs.
General vibration is caused by damage to the connection between the pulley and the base.
To correct this, check the fastening points to ensure they are in the correct position.
