Efficient Rotor-type Wood Debarker : It uses the unique force from a rotor with debarking teeth to make logs move cyclically in the hopper. Logs also rotate around their own axes and jump irregularly. This creates constant friction, impact and extrusion between logs and teeth, logs and logs, as well as logs and hopper walls, quickly separating bark for high-efficiency debarking.
Double-roller Wood Debarker : Adopting roller debarking, it features simple, sturdy structure, strong rigidity, low failure rate and long service life.
Composed of five parts—debarking rollers, feed inlet, bark outlet, log outlet and power transmission device—it eliminates the need to stop for feeding/discharging (a flaw of traditional drum debarkers).
With separate bark and log outlets, it enables continuous operation:
feeding → debarking → log discharging → re-feeding → re-debarking → re-discharging, realizing assembly line work.
It adapts to different wood species, and handles logs of varying lengths, curvatures, spirals and moisture levels. A single machine can debark 35-50 tons of raw logs per day, greatly saving labor.
