Workshop Update: Two High-Efficiency 65×100 Hammer Mills Under Production

Exciting progress is underway inside our manufacturing workshop, where two sets of 65×100 high-efficiency hammer mills are being assembled for upcoming customer orders.
The main machine housings for these crushers have completed welding and full painting procedures. The outer surface is finished with durable white coating, while the inner working chamber adopts anti-wear red paint to resist impact and abrasion from raw materials. The heavy-duty welded frames, rotor installation bases and air outlet ducts are fully finished, ready for subsequent rotor, hammer blade and accessory fitting work.
This 65×100 high-efficiency hammer mill is widely applied for crushing wood chips, sawdust, corn cob and other biomass materials. After final assembly and strict testing, the finished units will be delivered to clients to support their biomass pellet production lines. Our production team keeps strict quality control on every welding point and painting process to guarantee stable long-term operation of the equipment.
