Ring Die Pellet Mill Disassembly

The ring die speed of a ring die pellet mill is closely associated with its key parameters including the number of press rollers, die hole diameter and depth, and directly impacts the mill's output.
When disassembling the ring die, first fill the die holes with oily material, then loosen the clamping bolts on the cutter holder and move the cutter up. Open the main machine door to remove the feeding hopper with an Allen wrench, take out the adjusting block and adjust the press rollers away from the ring die's inner wall, and detach the clamp between the ring die and the adapter sleeve. Given the ring die is large and heavy, use an overhead crane to lift it for safety to prevent falling after clamp removal; if the connection is tight, pry it loose with a crowbar.
