If the oil content is too high, the pellets will not form properly.
The height of the finished product silo is too high. Material in the silo flows out in a funnel shape. Granules with good flowability exit first, while powder with poor flowability accumulates. When it reaches a certain point, it collapses, and the granules that collapse have an exceptionally high powder content.
The ring die of the feed pelletizer is too thin and applies insufficient pressure, resulting in loose pellets with high powder content.
