1. The moisture content of the dried material exceeds the specified value.
The solution is to control the production capacity of the dryer and adjust the heat supply accordingly.
2. The roller ring sways during cylinder operation. The cause is that the concave joint of the roller ring is not securely clamped on the side.
The solution is to use shims to ensure the roller ring and concave joint are uniformly and appropriately clamped, avoiding over-tightening which could lead to accidents.
