1. Conduct regular sampling inspection to verify whether the weight of each packed bag meets standards. Adjust parameters promptly if non-compliance is found. Granular materials of different types vary in specific gravity, which may cause deviations in bag weight.
2. Regularly inspect the air pump pipelines to ensure all connections are correct.
3. Perform periodic maintenance on the sewing machine in accordance with its operation manual.
4. Equipment maintenance and repair must be carried out with power cut off and machines shut down to prevent personal injury accidents. Regularly check electric circuits and wires for electric leakage, and strictly observe safety regulations.
5. Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the equipment after each shift to maintain a good working environment. Failure to clean regularly will result in excessive dust accumulation. Dust buildup, combined with moisture, may cause short circuits at internal contacts in control cabinets and motors, and may even trigger dust explosions.
