Benefits of processing organic fertilizer into pellets

1. Easier application. Some organic fertilizers have low bulk density; when applied in farm fields, they are prone to being blown away by wind. Pelleted organic fertilizer is much simpler to spread.
2. Inorganic ingredients can be added to improve fertilizer efficiency. Powder‑form fertilizer tends to absorb moisture and cake once inorganic components are blended in.
3. Powder‑type materials require low moisture content and fine crushing. Moisture removal is the biggest bottleneck in organic fertilizer production, which normally demands drying treatment. Pelletizing avoids the drying step. High heat is generated during pelletizing, and only cooling is required afterwards.
