For the pellet mill gearbox: Fill with heavy-duty gear oil up to the center of the gearbox oil level gauge. Overfilling is permissible, while under filling is strictly prohibited. Conduct regular inspections to ensure sufficient oil level and avoid oil shortage in the gearbox.

For all other reducers: Fill with No.46 mechanical oil up to the center of the oil level gauge. Neither oil shortage nor excessive filling is allowed.

For all bearings: Fill with grease (lithium-based grease). Standard grease is yellow or dark red in appearance. Blue HP high-temperature complex lithium-based grease and black molybdenum disulfide extreme pressure (EP) & high-temperature resistant complex lithium-based grease deliver superior performance, yet come with a higher cost.
