Fault Cause
This fault is caused by wear and damage of the wear-resistant ring and sealing ring.Troubleshooting Method
For a new machine with a short service life, check whether the raw material contains excessive impurities (such as iron debris, stones, large wood chunks, etc.). Excessive impurities will get stuck between the wear-resistant ring and sealing ring, resulting in abnormal wear and damage of the two components.
If the raw material contains impurities such as cement, it will shorten the service life of the wear-resistant ring and sealing ring. This belongs to normal wear, and you only need to replace the worn wear-resistant ring and sealing ring.
If the raw material is normal, and the equipment has been in operation for approximately 300 hours, the wear is normal wear. Simply replace the worn wear-resistant ring and sealing ring.
