Adjust the furnace temperature according to the varying moisture levels of the material, with the specific corresponding relationships as follows:
Material with 20-30% moisture: The inlet air temperature should be controlled between 200-300°C. It can be higher but must not exceed 400°C to prevent ignition (even if increased, ensure sufficient feed volume—strictly avoid high temperature with low feed).
Material with 30-40% moisture: The inlet air temperature should be controlled between 300-400°C. It can be higher but must not exceed 500°C to prevent ignition (even if increased, ensure sufficient feed volume—strictly avoid high temperature with low feed).
Material with 40-50% moisture: The inlet air temperature should be controlled between 400-500°C. It can be higher but must not exceed 550°C to prevent ignition (even if increased, ensure sufficient feed volume—strictly avoid high temperature with low feed).
Material with over 50% moisture: The inlet air temperature should be controlled around 500°C, with a maximum limit of 550°C (even if increased, ensure sufficient feed volume—strictly avoid high temperature with low feed).
