Our factory manufactures the QHSCC series water-bath desulfurization dust collector.
Introduction
This water-bath desulfurization dust collector purifies flue gas by contact between dust-laden exhaust and water. It removes dust with liquid screens, films and droplets, and absorbs harmful gases at the same time. Gas first passes through multi-tube cyclone for primary dust removal, then hits the water surface inside the bath tank. Large dust settles directly; fine dust is captured by splashing water during gas flow through the curved chamber. It is fitted with an automatic pH dosing system. Clean gas is dehydrated by the gas-liquid separator and discharged out.
