1.Conduct periodic sampling inspections on the packaging machine to verify whether the net weight of each packaged bag meets the standard. Adjust machine parameters promptly if the weight is non-compliant. Granular materials of different types have different specific gravities, which may cause package weight deviations.
2.Inspect the air pump pipelines of the packaging machine regularly to ensure all connections are correct.
3.Perform regular maintenance on the sewing machine in accordance with the operation manual.
4.Equipment maintenance and repair for the packaging machine must be carried out with power cut off and the machine stopped to prevent personal injury accidents. Check electrical circuits and wires regularly for electric leakage, and keep safety awareness.
5.Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the packaging machine and surrounding equipment after every shift to maintain a good working environment. Failure to clean regularly will result in excessive dust accumulation. Dust attached to contacts inside control cabinets and motors may cause short circuits when damp, and may even trigger dust explosions.
