Cast-steel housing: Reinforced structure resists deformation & cracking; precision flange guarantees ring-die coaxiality.Hardened ground gears: Alloy steel carburized & quenched. Large torque reserve for pellet mill startup and blockage shock, low noise & high efficiency.
Forced circulation lubrication: Auxiliary lube motor supplies oil for gears & bearings. Multi-seals against dust and leakage. Reserved ports for oil temp/pressure monitoring.
